#WorkoutWednesday: MMA champ CJ de Tomas has fitness tips for ladies looking for love

For athletes to excel, they need to reach a certain level of fitness, and to reach that, they go through rigorous training, and of course, workouts.
On #WorkoutWednesdays, we ask some of your favorite athletes about their own workouts, and they share some fitness tips for everyone to try!
This week, former URCC flyweight champion and UFC fighter CJ 'The Golden Boy' de Tomas shares his top-five workouts to stay in shape, and even shares a simple routine that the ladies can do...especially those who are looking for love.
"Unang-una yung BURPEES, kasi buong katawan yun eh, yun yung number one." CJ shared with ABS-CBN Sports.
"Sunod, PUSH-UPS, SIT-UPS, tapos kung meron ka nung bar, PULL-UPS." CJ added.
Here's where the former URCC champ dropped some fitness knowledge for the ladies.
"Tsaka yung SQUATS, yung upo-tayo lang. Kahit sa mga babae, yung squats kasi magpapaganda ng shape ng katawan nila yun eh." said CJ. "Lalo na pag yung mga naghahanap ng boyfriend,"
"Kahit upo-tayo lang, kahit nanonood ng TV, upo-tayo, upo-tayo lang. Kahit wala kang buhat, hindi mo na kailangan ng buhat kasi yung timbang mo lang, poporma na yun, basta tama yung form." CJ added.
As for CJ, who's getting ready for fight camp, he says that he's eliminated salt from his diet, as well as scheduling his own workouts.
"Ngayong fight camp, sine-schedule ko ng maayos eh, M-W-F, striking, tapos Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday, grappling. Tapos sa umaga kailangan cardio."
