University of Santo Tomas made quick work of UP Integrated School, 25-20, 25-10, 25-7, to extend its perfect run to 10 matches in girls action of the UAAP Season 80 high school volleyball tournament Sunday at the Filoil Flying V Centre.   

Aside from bagging the twice-to-beat semis incentive, the Junior Tigresses moved two wins away of jumping straight to the best-of-three Finals.       

Defending champion National University also claimed the other Final Four incentive as it eliminated Adamson University, 25-14, 25-15, 25-18.       

The Bullpups improved to 8-1 card, while dealing the Baby Falcons to their eighth defeat in 11 contests to bow out of semis race.       

Reigning boys' titlist NU also emerged triumphant over Adamson University, 25-5, 25-15, 25-4, to tie Far Eastern University-Diliman, a 28-26, 25-13, 25-22 winner over Ateneo, in first place at 9-2.     

In other games, UST drubbed the UPIS, 25-13, 25-17, 25-14, while University of the East swept De La Salle-Zobel, 25-19, 25-17, 25-18.        

The Junior Tiger Spikers and the Junior Warrioes improved to 8-3 in joint third place, a game behind the Bullpups and the Baby Tamaraws in the race for the two twice-to-beat slots in the Final Four up for grabs.
