NBA.com staff report
Jared Dudley provided locker room guidance -- and crucial two-way contributions -- for an up-and-coming Brooklyn Nets squad. He's now reportedly set to bring that skill set across the country, heading to the Los Angeles Lakers on a one-year, $2.6 million contract, per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
In 59 games (25 starts) in Brooklyn, Dudley averaged 4.9 points on 42.3 percent shooting, including 35.1 percent from 3-point range, in 20.7 minutes per game.
Wojnarowski added that Dudley, who played in L.A. with the Clippers in 2013-13, was intrigued by the opportunity to compete for the Staples Center's senior side.
