Coming back from a 3-1 deficit in the World Series, the Chicago Cubs evened the series Tuesday evening to force a deciding seventh game against the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday.
One of the highlights of the pivotal sixth game was Chicago Cubs' Fil-American shortstop Addison Russell smashing a Grand Slam to centerfield to push the Cubs lead to 7-nothing.
The Cubs went on to win, 9-3, and the 22-year old Russell became the first player to hit a Grand Slam in the World Series since 2005, the first Chicago Cub to hit one in the World Series, and the second youngest player to do so, behind the legendary Mickey Mantle, who was 21 when he hit a Grand Slam.
Russell was born in Florida to Filipina Milany de Ocampo in 1994.
