Yee maintains he didn't mean no harm on Amer after F-2 call
Baser Amer was in pain after landing on Mark Yee in the second quarter of the Mahindra-Meralco clash.

There was an incident in the second quarter of the Mahindra-Meralco game Wednesday and it saw Bolts point guard Baser Amer writhing in pain.

On a 2-on-1 fastbreak situation, Amer appeared to land on the foot of Mahindra forward Mark Yee after going for a layup.

Yee was later ejected after a flagrant foul penalty 2. As for Amer, it took him a while to get up but he did managed to make his free throws and finish the game.

Known for being a bruiser for the duration of his pro basketball career, Yee maintained that he meant no harm towards the young Meralco floor general.

Despite the unfortunate incident that would probably mean a fine on his part, Yee did found a silver lining at the end of the day.

With the Floodbuster winning, Yee gets to shoulder some of the cost of his penalty thanks to a game bonus most probably.

"Unang-una, nabawasan yung pambayad sa fine, kasi malaki yun eh," Yee said.

Ganun talaga ang buhay," he added.
