Yeng Guiao has had enough.

His transition to NLEX has been off to an awful start with the Road Warriors slumping to a 2-7 record in the Philippine Cup. Worse, all seven of their defeats are by double digits.

With their latest setback to Phoenix Wednesday, Guiao dropped the hammer on his squad, delivering his final "sermon" for the conference.

"Sabi ko nga, ito na yung huling sabon ko for this conference eh, kaya tinagalan ko na. Tsaka yung pag-sabon ko, baka mga isang linggo siguro sila nagbabanlaw dyan para maalis yung sabon na yan. At least magtanda sila," Guiao said.

"I think that’s always been part of the gauntlet that they have to go through with our culture. We’re trying to establish a culture, and mayroon talagang masasala," the fiery mentor added.

Putting together nothing in the Philppine Cup, Guiao also hinted at possible player movement for NLEX.

Players that can take his unconventional methods are obviously a priority.

"Itong mga players na ‘to, tinitingnan ko kung sino yung may puso na kaya yung pressure talaga na magpe-peform sila under pressure with the expectations that are put on their shoulders," Guiao said.

"And at the same time with me yelling and cursing at them, they should be able to perform. So pagkanakapag-perform sila nun, that means karapat-dapat silang ma-retain sa team," he added.
