Birthday boy Lee not sulking for Valentine's Day despite loss

Everything is good for Paul Lee.
February 14 is a doubly special day for Star's new Hotshot Paul Lee.
February 14 is of course Valentine's Day but it also happens to be the date of birth for the man they call the "Angas ng Tondo."
Naturally, February 14 calls for a double celebration for Lee and his new wife, the former Rubie Chua. And despite being locked in a heated Manila Clasico semifinals against Brgy. Ginebra in the Philippine Cup, count on the newly-wed couple to come up with something special as a celebration.
Also, count on the Lee-thal weapon not to sulk on his special day despite the Hotshots losing Game 3 of the series just the day before.
"Of course, hindi naman porket natalo kami, hindi ka naman magmu-mukmok or alam mo yun, malungkot ka," Lee said on how he plans to approach February 14 with Chua, who he's been together with for almost a decade now.
"Series to eh, so you need to move on. Be ready for the next game," he added, still keeping his game face on.
Back when he was still with Rain or Shine, Lee remembers alway having to play a game on Valentine's Day/his birthday.
And while he does have a series to think about, Lee is having time to celebrate his special day. Because why not really?
In fact, he sort of already had a family gathering in Bulacan over the weekend.
"Birthday ko lagi kaming may laro eh. Early celebration lang or late celebration like simple dinner," Lee said. "Actually, nag-celebrate na kami ng family ko sa Bulacan."
