Gilas Pilipinas will face Myanmar to open the 2017 SEABA Championships at the Big Dome.
The group of 12 men set to compete is nowhere near final but Gilas Pilipinas' SEABA Championship schedule has been made official.
In the most recent update by FIBA, basketball's world governing body, the Philippine national team will open the regional tournament on May 12 against Myanmar.
All games in the 2017 SEABA Championships will be at the Big Dome.
After Myanmar, Gilas will then take on Singapore on May 13 followed by a matchup against Malaysia on May 14.
Chot Reyes' crew will take a rest on May 15 before starting another three-day grind from May 16-18 against Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
All games featuring the Philippines are set for 7:00 p.m.
The 2017 SEABA championships will serve as Southeast Asia's qualifier for the 2017 FIBA-Asia Cup and only the champion will get to advance.
