With Bulacan behind them, Alab fights to stay alive

It’s now or never for Alab Pilipinas in the 2016-2017 Asean Basketball League.

For their campaign to continue, the Filipino need a win against a Singapore side that soundly defeated them just five days ago.

The good news is, in all-out support for them will be a partisan crowd at the Baliwag Star Arena in Bulacan on Friday.

The do-or-die Game 2 for the Philippines tips-off at 8:00 PM and all of the action will be LIVE on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23 as well as streamed LIVE.

Kiefer Ravena made immediate impact in his ABL debut, but that was far from enough to prevent Alab from losing by 10 points. The same effort will be needed from Ravena, as well as bounce back games from Ray Parks Jr. and the rest of the team, to fan the flames on Alab’s season.

On the other hand, an exact repeat of Game 1 will send the Slingers to their second straight championship round. Xavier Alexander and Justin Howard will yet again be at the forefront of their attack.
