One team will finally be blessed with its first win in the 2017 PBA Commissioner's Cup before going on a Holy Week break.

The NLEX Road Warriors (0-5) and Globalport (0-4) Batang Pier clash Wednesday at the Big Dome and one will finally breakthrough in the mid-season conference after a disappointing string of defeats.

NLEX actually came super close of winning its first game in its last outing, however, the Road Warriors blew a 29-point lead and lost in overtime to TNT.

The Batang Pier meanwhile, finally changed imports but even an impressive debut from Malcolm White and a record night from Terrence Romeo was not enough to two Globalport to its first victory.

Gametime for both squads is set

In the second game at 7:00 p.m., defending champion Rain or Shine (3-2) is looking to get back on track against Phoenix (2-3).

After a 3-0 start, the Elasto Painters have lost back-to-back games while the Fuel Masters dropped three of their last four.
