After being ejected in Game 2 of the 2017 PBA Commissioner's Cup Finals, the TNT rookie was slapped with a P30,000 by the league.
The PBA was quick to drop the hammer on RR Pogoy.
After being ejected Friday night in Game 2 of the 2017 PBA Commissioner's Cup Finals, the TNT rookie was slapped with a P30,000 fine the league announced Saturday.
The hefty fine was for Pogoy's flagrant foul penalty 2 committed to San Miguel's Arwind Santos.

In the third quarter of Friday's contest, Pogoy delivered an apparent low blow to the veteran Beermen forward, causing some minor delay to the game after Santos retaliated by giving a slight shove to the TNT rookie.
Replay showed that as Santos was coming down from an attempted putback on a San Miguel fastbreak play, Pogoy put his right arm up and hit Arwind in his nether regions.
Pogoy was ejected from the game and Santos was called for a technical foul for second motion.
The Beermen ended up winning the game, 102-88, tying the best-of-7 series at one game apiece.
Game 3 is set for Sunday at the Big Dome.
