The Road Warriors pick up another Yeng Guiao favorite after trading for Cyrus Baguio.
NLEX has added another veteran and a Yeng Guiao favorite into its lineup.
In a report by Inquirer.net's Randolph Leongson, the Road Warriors have acquired Cyrus Baguio from Phoenix in a three-team trade that also involve the Globalport Batang Pier.
The deal will send Mac Baracl to Globalport while the Fuel Masters acquire Dylan Ababou and NLEX's 2020 second round pick.
Baguio will join fellow Guiao favorites JR Quinahan and Larry Fonacier with NLEX, a team that is currently on top of the PBA standings with a 5-1 record in the Governors' Cup after winning a combined four games in the first two conferences this season.
Together with Fonacier, the now 36-year0old Baguio was part of Guiao's old Red Bull teams during the mid-2000s.
Guiao was also Baguio's head coach in his lone stint in the national team, back in 2009 with the Powerade Team Pilipinas.
