Charles Rhodes for Gilas Pilipinas?
2017 PBA Commissioner's Cup Best Import and champion Charles Rhodes has reached out to head coach Chot Reyes on social media, saying he's ready to play for the Philippines.

Someone misses the Philippines.

With the issues surrounding Andray Blatche and his availability for Gilas Pilipinas, a familiar character has made it known that he's more than willing to suit up for the Philippine national team.

All Gilas needs to do is give him a call.

2017 PBA Commissioner's Cup Best Import and champion Charles Rhodes has reached out to head coach Chot Reyes on social media, saying he's ready to play for the Philippines.

Rhodes of course, helped the Beermen win the Commissioner's Cup for the first time in 17 years, setting up San Miguel's Grand Slam chase.

Aside from shooting his shot with Gilas Pilipinas, Rhodes also chimed in on San Miguel's current import situation in the season-ending Governors' Cup.

After San Miguel let go of Wendell McKines, who is tight with Charles, Rhodes practically begged the Commissioner's office to remove the import height limit so he can return to the Beermen.

McKines' replacement, Terik Bridgewater, didn't exactly perform well in his first game with the Beermen, prompting this converstion between the two former SMB imports.

So will Gilas give Charles a call? What happens to San Miguel's Grand Slam chase now that its import situation is in shambles? Stay tuned on the next episode of the PBA.
