WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. MVP and Smart are fully behind Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas in their battle in the 2017 FIBA Asia Champions Cup.
Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas is already in Chenzhou, China to represent the country in the 2017 FIBA Asia Champions Cup.
Led by Kiefer Ravena and Jeron Teng and reinforced by American Isaiah Austin, the Filipinos will go all-out for all the glory in the tournament commencing on Saturday (Philippine time).
Rounding out the team are Carl Bryan Cruz, Raymar Jose, Jett Manuel, LA Revilla, Alfrancis Tamsi, Jeric Teng, Norbert Torres, and Almond Vosotros.
Once again, the Philippines will be backed by Bounty and Chooks-to-Go.
Still, long-time backer Smart, together with MVP Sports, is very much involved with Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas.
For over a decade, Smart has helped Filipino athletes achieve their dream of making it onto the international stage not only in basketball, but also in boxing, cycling, and taekwondo.
Now, Smart is nothing but happy that other Philippine companies are starting to link up in the mission of helping grow basketball. Case in point, Bounty and Chooks-to-Go.
"We started the Gilas Pilipinas program back in 2007 to help achieve the Filipino dream of reaching the Olympics and the World Cup," Smart chairman Manny V. Pangilinan said. "Years later, we have found a partner in Chooks-to-Go that can help grow the program."
He then continued, "This is what sports does to us Filipinos - it brings us together."
And so, MVP and Smart remain fully behind Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas. "Together with the Filipino people, we wish Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas all the best. Puso," he said.
