RDO wants a TNT-Meralco Finals just because

"Kasi pag nag-championship minsan Ginebra-SMB-BMEG [Star], sana ngayon may TNT-Meralco so para may history naman na nasa Finals pareho." --- Randel De Ocampo.
Well, this could get awkward.
After the Bolts completed a semis sweep of Star Thursday, Ranidel De Ocampo has made it to his first PBA Finals with Meralco.
On the other side of the playoff bracket, defending champion Ginebra and TNT are disputing the other finals slot. If the KaTropa make it through to the championship round, RDO will be facing his old team.
The team that he won six championships with and the team that traded him barely a month ago.
Sure, RDO is not one to choose one potential opponent over another but it's going to be a little weird if he's in the Finals and he's playing against TNT.
"Kahit sino pero syempre kinakabahan ako pag TNT eh, parang medyo syempre matagal akong naglaro dun sa TNT kahit papaano," De Ocampo said.
It's going to take a while before RDo gets used to the Finals feeling without Talk 'N Text in front of his jersey. And that's understandable.
"Iba pakiramdam dati kasi pag nag Finals ako nasa TNT ako, ngayon different team Meralco," he said.
While he's with the Bolts already, RDO still wishes for TNT to make the Finals. Despite that, he's with Meralco all the way now.
If they meet, it's going to be all business for sure.
"Kasi pag nag-championship minsan Ginebra-SMB-BMEG [Star], sana ngayon may TNT-Meralco so para may history naman na nasa Finals pareho," he said.
