Can Brownlee be Ginebra's hero again?

In 2016, "The Shot" happened. In 2017, it did not. At least it didn't happen in Game 6.
Justin Brownlee failed to give a Game 6 encore performance last Wednesday for Brgy. Ginebra, denying the Gin Kings of a chance to win the Governors' Cup the same way they did last year.
In 2016, "The Shot" happened. In 2017, it did not.
At least it didn't happen in Game 6.
With a deciding Game 7 on the horizon between Ginebra and Meralco, Brownlee wants nothing more than helping the Gin Kings capture another title.
If he happens to once again play the hero role, well, that's just perfect isn't it?
"The perfect moment would just be winning the championship. But of course, it’d be nice to win it in spectacular fashion," Brownlee said.
"But right now, that moment is just winning the championship. That’s what I’m focused on – just trying to bring home the trophy and defend the crown," he added.
Faced with his first Game 7 ever, Brownlee says he's living the dream.
He also has a pretty solid plan laid out in order for the dream to not turn into a nightmare.
"Man, you got to love it as a basketball player. This is the thing you grow up and you dream of," he said on Game 7.
"I think we’re going to be prepared, we’re going to come out with great energy and aggression, and we will be ready to defend the crown," Brownlee added.
