Familiar names emerge as early favorites for next PBA Commissioner

Former UAAP Commissioner Rebo Saguisag is one of the names that is being considered to take over as PBA Commissioner.
The search for the next PBA Commissioner is officially on.
And according to a report by Musong Castillo of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, a couple of familiar names are considered favorites as of now.
Lawyer and PBA broadcaster Charlie Cuna leads the list of candidates according to new league chairman Ricky Vargas of TNT pero Castillo.
Cuna was also in the running to replace Chito Salud two years ago before Chito Narvasa was eventually named Commissioner.
Another name floating around with serious consideration is former UAAP Commissioner Rebo Saguisag.
With Narvasa's resignation, the PBA Board has appointed Willie Marcial as OIC for the time being as the league continues its search for a new Commissioner.
Narvasa was at the helm for two, controversy-filled years.
