ROS stays hot after taking down Magnolia
ROS has now won three straight, improving to 5-3, one full game behind for the best record in the league.

Rain or Shine is starting to pick up some serious momentum in the 2018 PBA Philippine Cup.

The Elasto Painters smashed the Magnolia Hotshots Saturday at the Calasiao Sports Complex in Pangasinan, taking a 101-95 win.

ROS has now won three straight, improving to 5-3, one full game behind for the best record in the league.

The Elasto Painters pulled away to start the second half, taking a 21-point lead before holding off Magnolia's late rally.

Raymond Almazan played his best game of the season, dropping 23 points to go alog with six rebounds.

Four other Painters scored in double figures with James Yap adding 13 points. Gabe Norwood and Maverick Ahanmisi scored 12 apiece.

With the loss, Magnolia has lost back-to-back for a 6-3 mark.

Aldrech Ramos led the way for the Hotshots with 27 points on 10-of-15 shooting.
