Mila’s Lechon will exit early out of its maiden campaign in the PBA D-League
PBA commissioner Willie Marcial has granted the request of Mila’s Lechon to disband its basketball team competing in the 2018 PBA D-League Aspirants Cup.
In a meeting with PBA technical head Eric Castro on Monday, team owner Aika Salanguit cited an internal problem as reason for dissolving the team.
She refused to elaborate.
This comes following the Mighty Roasters’ 47-point pasting at the hands of Zark’s Burger-Lyceum of the Philippines University last Thursday.
Salanguit promised that Mila’s Lechon will join next conference with an improved and competitive roster.
