After battling June Mar, Belga has Slaughter up next
On Wednesday, Belga took on San Miguel's June Mar Fajardo. He matched the Kraken point-for-point and the Elasto Painters won, clinching a spot in the quarterfinals. On Friday, Belga will have Ginebra's Greg Slaughter on deck.

With Raymond Almazan not quite his usual self in the 2018 PBA Philippine Cup, the task of holding things down in the middle for Rain or Shine has been mostly taken cared of by Beau Belga.

And Big Beau will have his toughest three-day stretch in quite a while.

On Wednesday, Belga took on San Miguel's June Mar Fajardo. He matched the Kraken point-for-point and the Elasto Painters won, clinching a spot in the quarterfinals.

On Friday, Belga will have Ginebra's Greg Slaughter on deck.

Toughest three-day stretch in quite a while for sure.

But never fear, Beau already knows what to do against the towering Gin King and the rest of Ginebra's imposing frontline.

"It's the same thing if it's June Mar of Greg," Belga said.

"Kailangan yung mga bigs maka-shoot sa labas kasi advantage nila is depensa sa loob. I don't think hahabulin kami ni Greg kapag nasa labas na kami so we just need to do our thing," he added.

While ROS already got its ticket to the next round, the Elasto Painters are not about to ease up on the Gin Kings.

Especially against the Gin Kings.

"Wala ka na aanuhin kung sino yung mas gutom dito kasi kailangan din nila manalo," Belga said.

"Kami iwas rin kami na mapunta doon sa spot na hindi namin gusto so kailangan lang talaga mag-pursige," he added.
