On Troy Rosario's mind, there was clearly some unfinished business to handle against the Phoenix Fuel Masters.
Rosario, who left their previous game against Phoenix early in the fourth quarter with a facial injury following a nasty fall, said that he feels very satisfied with his 18-point performance, top scoring for the TNT KaTropa in their do-or-die 118-97 victory Sunday evening at the Big Dome.
The former NU Bulldog made it big when his team needed it most, scoring all of his points in an up-and-down first half which saw TNT go ahead by five at the conculsion of the first 24 minutes of action, 54-49.
The versatile forward also had his team's Philippine Cup stint on his mind, which could have been a rare non-playoff appearance for him if the game ended in a loss.
Now that the Philippine Cup playoff race is set and his eighth-seeded team will face the twice-to-beat, three-time defending champions San Miguel on Tuesday, Rosario mentioned that his team needs to get over the mountain that are the Beermen if there is any chance of survival in their stint in the tournament.
