"Kahit tumakbo man lang, mag-weights, malapit lang naman Ateneo samin kaya wala reason para mag-relax," --- Kai Sotto.
"Kai is too thin, he needs to put on muscle and bulk up."
"Kai is too slow, he needs to train in Europe."
"Kai gets all those blocks because he's too tall."
Yeah, like it's Kai's fault he's 7'1" and the rest of the competition are a foot shorter.

He also wants to improve too, because by improving he gets to win. And winning is the best.
"Sabi nga ni daddy, wag ko papalipasin yung araw na hindi ako mas magaling sa galing ko kahapon," young Kai said when asked how he plans to live up to his massive potential as the future of Philippine basketball.
"Kaya everyday talaga, hindi pwedeng nakahiga lang ako sa kwarto," he added.
While his Ateneo Blue Eaglets are busy trying to capture the NBTC national championship, the UAAP Season 80 Juniors Finals MVP says that he's finding ways to make sure he's gaining something everyday.
"Pag wala kaming practice, lumalabas ako, naghahanap ako ng paraan," Kai said.
"Kahit tumakbo man lang, mag-weights, malapit lang naman Ateneo samin kaya wala reason para mag-relax," he added.
