No fun and games for June Mar against Magnolia's defense

"We have our work cut out. We're just trying to give him a little work to do also, we don't want it to be all fun and games for him," --- Rafi Reavis on Magnolia defense against June Mar Fajardo.
Stopping June Mar Fajardo is a ridiculously-difficult thing to do.
In Game 1 of the 2018 PBA Philippine Cup Finals, Magnolia threw nearly everything to Fajardo.
June Mar scored 31 points and grabbed 18 rebounds.
However, the Hotshots still ended up winning, erasing a 20-point deficit to take an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-7. Magnolia also forced Fajardo to commit 11 turnovers.
That's a win too.
"It's a task, he's huge. He's not only big, he's gonna push you too," Rafi Reavis said when asked about his team trying to match up with the reigning four-time league MVP.
"There's only so much you can do," he added.
Magnolia gave up 31 points to June Mar in Game 1 and the Hotshots may continue to give up that kind of production for the rest of the series.
However, Magnolia is going to make sure Fajardo is going to work extra for all the points he's going to get and all the rebounds he's going to grab.
"He's a monster down there, we know that," Reavis said.
"We have our work cut out. We're just trying to give him a little work to do also, we don't want it to be all fun and games for him," he added.
