The 2018 Commissioner's Cup is yet to start and two PBA teams already changed imports.
Brgy. Ginebra decided to let go of temporary import Shane Edwards as the former Alaska reinforcement asked for a leave to attend some sudden personal issues.
According to resident agent Sheryl Reyes on Twitter, who represents Edwards, her client asked for permission to return home to deal with his emergency back home in the US.
6'10" Charles Garcia is now Ginebra's import for the mid-season joust.
Garcia is an NBA G-League veteran, last playing for the Austin Spurs in the 2016-2017 season.
Meanwhile, NLEX also replaced imports as Arnett Moultrie is yet to arrive, held up by his team in Bahrain.
Instead, the Road Warriors will go with Adrian Forbes, a 6'10" Jamaican, for the meantime as they await the development surrounding Moultrie.
