Standhardinger to lead Philippines in FIBA 3x3 World Cup
The 2017 no. 1 overall pick will lead Team Philippines in the 2018 FIBA 3x3 World Cup hosted by the country on June 8-12 at the Philippine Arena.

Christian Standhardinger is yet to debut for San Miguel Beer but his next basketball venture is already set.

The 2017 no. 1 overall pick will lead Team Philippines in the 2018 FIBA 3x3 World Cup hosted by the country on June 8-12 at the Philippine Arena.

Standhardinger will team up with TNT's Troy Rosario and RR Pogoy as well as Globalport's Stanley Pringle.

Last year, the Philippines sent Kobe Paras, Kiefer Ravena, Jeron Teng, and JR Quinahan to the World Cup in France, placing 11th.

For the women's division, NU star Afril Bernardino will play with Jack Animam, Janine Pontejos, and Gemma Miranda.
