PBA: Kiefer, NLEX not in panic mode yet after 0-2 start
NLEX is now 0-2 in the mid-season joust following a beating from Columbian and a close decision to Rain or Shine.

After a breakout performance in the All-Filipino where they made it to Game 6 of the semifinals, the NLEX Road Warriors are in a bit of a slump to start the 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup.

NLEX is now 0-2 in the mid-season joust following a beating from Columbian and a close decision to Rain or Shine.

But still, the Road Warriors are not too worried about their poor start.

At least not yet.

"Di naman siguro," guard Kiefer Ravena said when asked if the team is concerned regarding their winless start so far.

"Now we're 0-2 [but] we have one more game for the week, and 1-2 is way better than 0-3. I think 0-3 is pretty much a deep hole to climb out of," he added.

NLEX was practically helpless against Columbian, especially in the second half. But against the now 3-0 ROS, Ravena says it was only the breaks of the game that led to their defeat.

"It was just the breaks of the game that really cost us di ba." he said.

"Kung natawag yun, panalo kami. But again, there's the breaks of the game, hindi lang napunta samin," Ravena added.
