PBA: Ravena looks for silver lining after
"Hindi ako naniniwala but you know, there are good losses," Ravena said.

After getting embarrassed by Columbian Dyip in their 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup opener, Kiefer Ravena says that the NLEX Road Warriors have made good account of themselves against Rain or Shine Wednesday.

However, they still lost to the Elasto Painters, 97-98, so it still definitely stings, especially since NLEX is now 0-2 in the mid-season joust.

At least it's not as embarrassing of a loss compared to the beating they received at the hands of the Dyip and there are positivies to take away from this one-point decision.

"Hindi ako naniniwala but you know, there are good losses," Ravena said.

"You want to take into the drawing board what you can see kung ano man yung na-improve on niyo. And into yung mga talo na meron kaming makukuha na maganda naman kahit papaano, but still talo pa din at the end of the day," he added.

Kiefer mentioned their more fluid offense against ROS as a positive.

NLEX had 25 assists and was playing with import Arnett Moultrie, the team's original reinforcement for this conference.

"Okay naman yung import namin, probably he just has to adjust to the calls, adjust to the style of play here. Baka kasi nagugulat din siya may mga big boys din dito di ba?" Ravena said.

"Hopefully, 0-2, there's nowhere to go but up for the team. We just have to remain positive, look at the silver linings. We did have 25 assists in the game, so at least we were moving the ball compared to the last game," he added.
