Love from one brother to another.
Former Baylor star and one-time Philippines player Isaiah Austin has also expressed support for Kiefer Ravena, as the NLEX rookie now faces also an 18-month ban from the PBA.
Ravena. who will not be allowed to play in any FIBA-sanctioned league, much more any league for that matter until August 31, 2019, will only be reduced to personal workouts, and not even be allowed to even practice with his teammates.
The ban was announced by the PBA after a lengthy meeting in their office in Libis, Quezon City, a decision which was carefully considered by the Board.
Just moments after the suspension was announced, Austin, who played with Ravena in the FIBA-Asia Champions Cup last year gave his moral support for the embattled budding star.
"The real always win in the end. @kieferravena hold your head high. Proud of how you are handling this situation like a real man bro. You got my respect forever ✊ all part of God’s plan 🙏🏽," Austin tweeted Thursday afternoon.

Much like Ravena, Austin's basketball future was put in serious jeopardy when he was diagnosed with Marfan's syndrome, a rare genetic disorder, shortly before the NBA Draft in 2014, where he was projected to be a first-round pick.
Austin was just cleared by doctors last year to return to basketball activities and was able to suit up for Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas in the Champions Cup.
