3x3WC: No. 1 Serbia makes quick work of Mongolia to make semis

Dusan Bulut and the no. 1 Serbians are in 2018 FIBA 3x3 World Cup semis after an easy playoff win over Mongolia.
BOCAUE, Bulacan --- No. 1 Serbia is through to the semifinals rather easily.
The defending champs scored a masterful 21-8 win over Mongolia Tuesday at the Philippine Arena here as the 2018 FIBA 3x3 World Cup quarterfinals kicked off.
Dejan Majstorovic and Marko Savic scored seven points each to lead the mighty Serbians against the overmatched Mongolians. Star scorer Dusan Bulut added another five points for good measure.
Also through to the next round is no. 7 Poland after a hard-fought 21-15 victory over no. 4 Latvia.
Serbia and Poland will meet in the semifinals.
Other quarterfinals games still on deck in the the men's division is the Slovenia-Ukraine tiff followed by the Canada-Netherlands showdown.
