MACAU --- The semifinals of the Asia League's Terrific 12 tournament is set.

Japan's Nagoya Diamond Dolphins clinched the last Final Four slot Thursday at the Studio City Event Center here, holding off China's Zhejiang Guangsha Lions, 79-71.

Both the Dolphins and the Lions beat Taiwan's Yulon Luxgen Dinos in their first game, setting up this do-or-die showdown.

Nagoya was on top of everything throughout, though a strong second half from the Dolphins took the fight out of the Lions.

Up by only four at the break, the Dolphins slowly pulled away in the third, opening up a 13-point lead to take full control.

Markeith Cummings led Nagoya with 25 points and nine rebounds while Craig Brackins added another 16 points and 10 boards. Shuto Ando finished with 12 points.

The Dolphins will face the Ryukyu Golden Kings in an all-Japan semis. Both teams actually faced each other in the first round of the previous B.League playoffs. The Golden Kings won that series.

Li Jinglong paced Zhejiang with 24 points and 10 rebounds.
