San Miguel Alab Pilipinas is getting reinforcement as it tries to get a winning streak going in the 2019-2020 Asean Basketball League.

The 1-1 Filipinos are all set to parade 7-foot-5 giant Sam Deguara as their new import when they take on the visiting and debuting Singapore Slingers, Sunday at Sta. Rosa Multi-Purpose Compex in Laguna.

A tower rises in the Philippines starting at 7:30 p.m. and, as always, all of the action will be on ABS-CBN S+A Channel 23, ABS-CBN S+A HD Channel 166, LIGA SkyCable Channel 86, LIGA HD SkyCable Channel 183, iWant and livestream.

The Maltese is no stranger to the regional league as he was a pillar for Mono Vampire's runner-up finish two seasons ago. Then, he posted per game counts of 21.6 points, 14.3 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks.

A year later, he suited up for Hong Kong Eastern and averaged 16.4 points, 13.6 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks.
