MANILA - Strength and conditioning coach Justin Fortune spoke up about reports that Manny Pacquiao was suffering from cramps during training.

In a report by ABS-CBN News correspondent Steve Angeles, Fortune dispeled the said accounts, including that of buying them an anti-inflammatory cream that cost $1,800.

"There's no cramps. He was stiff when he first started training," said Fortune. "He was dehydrated that's why he cramped up for a couple days. This guy shakes his legs and everyone panics. Like oh my God he has leg cramps, come on man. $1800 cream? Really? Have you ever heard of an $1800 cream?"

Fortune added that Pacquiao was forced to skip his Thursday morning workout after being kept up too late from fulfilling some media obligations.

"He had too much media stuff. He didn't eat, they pushed him hard with that media," he added. "It was late by the time he got to bed. Came late, ate late and just not enough rest time in between, plus he's been jogging pretty good this week so it doesn't really matter."

The reports adds that "Pacman" was visited by former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski during the morning sparring session at the Wild Card Gym.
