MANILA - Manny Pacquiao was Ironman-like in his last media workout.
In a report by ABS-CBN Los Angeles correspondent Steve Angeles, the eight-division world champion held an exclusive media workout at the Wild Card Gym in West Hollywood, in front American cable networks HBO Sports and Showtime Sports.
Reporters from rival television networks ABS-CBN and GMA Network were also in attendance. On Thursday (Manila Time), it was announced that both networks, along with TV5 will be given the rights to broadcast the mega bout. It was a ceremonious agreement done for the first time in television history that all major networks have come together to air a Manny Pacquiao fight.
For Pacquiao, it was more for uniting all Filipinos, boxing fans or otherwise.
"Ok, para makapanood ang lahat ng Pilipino," said Pacquiao.
