MANILA - According to Floyd Mayweather Sr., Manny Pacquiao's reported cramps issue will be a huge factor, come fight night.
In an interview with MLive.com, the 62-year old trainer and former super welterweight says the Filipino boxing superstar will have the most trouble with his said disorder during the latter parts of the fight.
"He might be able to do it for two or three rounds, but if his legs are really hurting him -- I mean, he can get his legs back well before the fight, but in a good, tough fight, the [pain] will probably come back."
"It'll probably come back to him," he adds.
Strength and conditioning trainer Justin Fortune already dispeled them as rumors when it first came out, and so did long-time trainer Buboy Fernandez, who even asserted his satisfaction with how things are going.
"Truth is, and I'm not bragging, sa sitwasyon ngayon ni Manny, after a month here, kayang patulugin ni Manny si Mayweather (Truth is, and I am not bragging, but with the situation with Manny right now and after a month here, he can knock Mayweather out cold)."
