Cotto-Canelo clash made final for November 21

The year’s most talked about Puerto Rico-Mexico rival match will final be coming true.
On November 21st, the much-awaited fight between lineal middleweight champion Miguel Cotto and former light middleweight champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez has been finalized. According to ESPN.com who first reported the news on Thursday (Friday, PHT), the bout will be taking place at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
The report adds that both camps have agreed to fight below the 160-pound limit and meet at 155-pounds.
For Canelo’s part, it is about reigniting the storied rivalry between the two countries and add to the list of the other classic matches between Puerto Rico and Mexico.
"All fights at this level are very important, but this fight in particular has something more. It will hold a special place in history as part of the big rivalry between Mexico and Puerto Rico, and I promise all the fans that this is going to be an event that will not disappoint."
But for Cotto, who will be making his second title defense, it is about facing the best in the game today.
