Nonito Donaire is putting in all the extra work for his upcoming fight against Mexico’s Cesar Juarez on December 11th.
“The Filipino Flash” will be fighting Juarez for the WBO super-bantamweight belt, the title which was stripped from Cuba’s Guillermo Rigondeaux due to inactivity. In a report by Ronnie Nathanielsz for Boxingscene.com, Donaire is now training twice a day for the upcoming fight.
He last saw action in July against Anthony Settoul in Macau, where he won by second round TKO.
Juarez, on the other hand, last fought in July, where he won via unanimous decision against Juan Carlos Sanchez Jr. The victory also earned him the WBO International super-bantamweight belt. He holds a record of 17-3, with 13 victories by knockout.
