ALA Promotions prospect Kevin Jake “KJ” Cataraja has been added to the Pinoy Pride 34 fight card.
In the event headlined by stablemates Milan Melindo and Arthur Villanueva, the 20-year old Cataraja (1-0, with one victory by knockout) will be facing Indonesian boxing veteran Faris Nenggo on November 28th at the Hoops Dome in Cebu City.
Cataraja made his professional debut last July, at Pinoy Pride 31, where he knocked out another Indonesian fighter in Ardi Tefa in the sixth round of their fight.
This time around, he will be facing a more experienced Nenggo, who had defeated another ALA Boxing fighter, Merlito Sabillo in 2014.
Holding a record of 10-8 (with three victories by knockout), Nenggo last fought in April, against Filipino super flyweight Froilan Saludar in China. With the vacant WBO Inter-Continental flyweight title on the line, Nenggo lost the bout via fifth round TKO.
