Donaire is in the country for the final leg of training camp for his upcoming WBO Super Bantamweight title defense against Hungary's Zsolt Bedak on April 23 at the Cebu City Sports Complex.
The 33-year old Donaire is reportedly happy with his conditioning after intense training sessions in Las Vegas with father-slash-coach Nonito Sr.
"I feel really good. Kahit ngayon na ang fight, ready na ako." said Donaire, who also said that he went through sparring and strength and conditioning training sessions to ensure that he'd be ready for his showdown in Cebu.
According to "The Filipino Flash", it was important to have his family along with him, to serve as added motivation and inspiration.
Donaire flies to Cebu on the 16th, a week before the bout.
