With less than two weeks left before Pinoy Pride 36, the ALA Boxing fighters participated in a couple of open workouts in front of their fans in Bacolod City.
Hometown boy and longest reigning Pinoy boxing champion Donnie "Ahas" Nietes, along with "King" Arthur Villanueva, Milan "Milenyo" Melindo, and Kevin Jake "KJ" Cataraja all showcased their skillls in consecutive open workouts at Robinsons Place Bacolod on May 15, and 888 Chinatown Square on May 16.
All four ALA Boxing standouts are gearing up to face international challenges on May 28th at the La Salle Coliseum, with Nietes putting his WBO World Minimumweight title on the line against Mexico's Raul Garcia, while the co-main event features Villanueva taking on another Mexican foe in Juan Jimenez for the WBO Asia Pacific Bantamweight title.
