Pinoy Pride 38 fight card almost complete
Donnie Nietes makes his flyweight debut against Edgar Sosa in the main event of Pinoy Pride 38 in California.

With less than a month to go before fight night, the Pinoy Pride 38 card at the StubHub Center in Carson, California nears completion.

Headlining the event, of course, is former long-time light flyweight king and longest-reigning Filipino boxing world champion Donnie "Ahas" Nietes' flyweight debut against Mexican former world champion Edgar Sosa for the WBO Inter-Continental Flyweight Championship.

In the co-main event, unbeaten ALA Boxing sensation Mark "Magnifico" Magsayo puts his WBO International Featherweight Championship on the line against Mexico's Ruben Garcia.

In a featured bout, "King" Arthur Villanueva puts his newly-won WBO Asia Pacific Bantamweight Championship against Juan "El Peñita" Jimenez, a rematch of their controversial contest back in Bacolod.

Pinoy Pride 38 will also feature a host of Fil-American boxers based in the United States.
