Pinoy fighters make weight for Pinoy Pride 38 in California

Everything is set for fight night, as all the fighters make weight for Pinoy Pride 38, Saturday evening in Carson, California.
In the headlining bout, long-time light flyweight king Donnie "Ahas" Nietes weighs in at 112 pounds for his flyweight debut against former world champion Edgar Sosa of Mexico, who came in half a pound lighter at 111.5 pounds.
In the co-main event, unbeaten ALA Boxing star Mark "Magnifico" Magsayo tipped the scales at 125.5 pounds for his WBO International featherweight title defense against late replacement Ramiro Robles of Mexico, who made weight at 123.5 pounds.
In a highly-anticipated rematch, "King" Arthur Villanueva, who made weight at 117.5 pounds, puts his WBO Asia Pacific Bantamweight strap back on the line against Juan Jimenez of Mexico, who came in overweight at 119 pounds, even after being given two hours to drop weight after the initial weigh-ins.
