When Manny Pacquiao and Jessie Vargas square off on November 5th, it's obviously going to be on pay-per-view.
But unlike the last few times that Pacquiao has fought, it won't be on as big a stage like HBO. Instead, the promoters themselves, Top Rank Boxing, will be producing the PPV from the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
As such, Top Rank will call the shots on all production related matters, which includes the panel for the fight, and it seems as though they've already selected a couple of names.
The Pacquiao-Vargas broadcast team will include sports TV hosts Brian Kenny, Charissa Thompson, as well as popular ESPN host Stephen A. Smith.
The most interesting addition to the team however is someone who knows the main eventers quite well, none other than five-time world champion Timothy Bradley.
Bradley has fought and beaten both Pacquiao and Vargas, so who better than him to fill in the color commentator role for the fight?
In fact, Top Rank CEO Bob Arum seems to be happy to have "Desert Storm" on board.
" You wanna get the best possible talents and the most informative telecast," Arum said via a report from our own Steve Angeles. "Tim is very articulate it's great to have him as one of the commentators."
Bradley was the last guy that Pacquiao fought before heading into his brief retirement, so it's going to be pretty interesting to hear what Bradley has to say about the fight.
