"He has to worry what I have to bring to the table." - Nonito Donaire Jr. on Jessie Magdaleno
Come fight night, challenger Jessie Magdaleno will be nearly a decade younger than champion Nonito Donaire Jr.
For the most of last year, Magdaleno chased and called out Donaire, and in just a few days, the Las Vegas native gets his wish.
For his part, Donaire isn't too worried about what the younger challenger brings to the table. Rather, all he thinking about is what he'll be doing.
"I already know what to do, just focus on the game plan and thats it," Donaire said, via ABS-CBN's Steve Angeles. "All I'm looking forward to is the game plan. That's all my focus is and taking care of business on Saturday."
"The more you focus on everything else the more it takes away from your victory" the four-division world champ added.
Donaire will be looking to defend his title for the second straight time, and says that it's Magdaleno, who should be worrying.
"I don't worry about what Magdaleno has to offer." said Donaire. "He has to worry what I have to bring to the table."
Nonito Donaire Jr. puts his WBO super bantamweight championship on the line against unbeaten Jessie Magdaleno on Saturday, November 5th (November 6th, Manila time) at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
