Well, it finally happened.
Floyd Mayweather Jr. proved he’s still the master of his craft after coming out of retirement to whip Irish MMA superstar Conor McGregor in a 10th-round victory via technical knockout, putting and end to months of bickering between fight fans and the two clashing athletes themselves.
There are many angles to the megafight, which was largely predicted to be one of the most viewed bouts in history. It all went down, and we have the best internet reactions from the world of sports.
First, here’s Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao giving both fighters legitimate props for a job well done, after he reportedly fired a shot at Mayweather on Twitter.

Former heavyweight boxing champion Lennox Lewis had some great things to say about Connor as well, telling his fellow fighter from across the pond to keep his chin up.

Floyd wasn't short on support as well, before the fight, the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas was graced by the presence of Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James.
Los Angeles Lakers guard Jordan Clarkson was quick to chime in, keeping his praise for Floyd short, but reverent, nonetheless.

Wrestling legend Steve Austin made his presence felt as well, even if he wasn't going to be in the arena.
