Pacquiao versus McGregor in 2018? Manny posts cryptic greeting to Conor on social media

Did Manny Pacquiao just drop a huge hint for his 2018 plans?
The eight-division boxing world champion took to social media to post a very interesting photo, Thursday.
On the surface, it may seem like an ordinary Thanksgiving greeting, but the caption, and pretty much the person in the photo is what has people asking "WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?"
Pictured on the post, of course, is two-division UFC champion and global sensation Conor McGregor, and the caption reads "Happy Thanksgiving! Stay fit my friend. #realboxingmatch #2018"
What does Pacquiao mean by "Stay fit"?
What do the hashtags #realboxingmatch and #2018 mean?
The quick assumption would be that Pacquiao is calling out, or is dropping a hint that he'll be sharing the squared-circle with The Notorious one in 2018, but of course, all of this is simply speculation.
Pacquiao is coming off a WBO welterweight title loss to Jeff Horn in Australia back in July, and while there were talks of an immediate rematch, plans seem to have fall through, as Horn is set to take on British boxer Gary Corcoran in December.
McGregor is also coming off a loss, and a highly-publicised one at that. The reigning UFC lightweight world champion made his boxing debut back in August against none other than Floyd Mayweather junior, falling to the unbeaten boxer via TKO in the tenth round.
Is this really going to happen next year? Or is Manny just trying to call McGregor out for another potential crossover fight? How would McGregor fare this time around?
It looks like we'll all just have to wait and see.
