Since arriving in Malaysia, eight division world champion and Fight of Champions challenger Manny Pacquiao has been busy preparing for his title bout against reigning WBA (Regular) Welterweight World Champion Lucas Matthysse.
Workouts, media obiligations, press conferences, you name it, Pacquiao's week has been filled with events related to fight day.
Thursday however, Pacquiao was able to put on his hat as member of the Philippine Senate and paid a visit to Malaysian Prime Minister Mahatir Mohamed.

Senator Pacquiao also gifted Prime Minister Mohamed a pair of boxing gloves, which was proudly displayed by the Malaysian head of state.
Mohamed will likely be in attendance at the Axiata Arena on Sunday.
Also expected to attend fight day will be Philippine President Rodridgo Duterte, who hopes to be able to meet with Prime Minister Mohamed after the fights as well.
