Reigning IBF Super Flyweight world champion Jerwin "Pretty Boy" Ancajas successfully made weight for his upcoming title defense against Mexican Alejandro Santiago Barrios on Thursday at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California (Friday in the Philippines).

The 26-year old Ancajas, a native of Panabo, Davao del Norte, tipped the scales at 114.2 pounds.

Tijuana's Barrios on the other hand, came in at 114.6 pounds.

With both competitors under the 115 pound super flyweight limit, the title match is good to go.

It will be Ancajas' sixth defense of the IBF's 115-pound crown. His last defense came in May of this year against compatriot Jonas "Zorro" Sultan, wherein Ancajas used his reach and timing to cruise to a unanimous decision victory.

The 22-year old Barrios, meanwhile, is unbeaten in his last eleven bouts, and will be challenging for the title for the first time in his career.

Also on the card, former world title challenger Genesis Servania of the Philippines meets Mexican Carlos Carlson in a ten-round super bantamweight bout.

During Thursday's official weigh-ins, Servania came in at 123.6 pounds, while Carlson came in at 123.2 pounds.
