Billionare philantrophist and Alibaba co-founder and executive chairman Jack Ma has sent over 50,000 more COVID-19 testing and extraction kits, in partnership with the Manny Pacquiao and Manny Pacquiao foundation.

"Thank you Jack Ma and the Jack Ma Foundation for partnering with The Manny Pacquiao Foundation to provide more testing kits and extraction kits for people all over the Philippines," Pacquiao said. "You are an inspiration to us all during this pandemic."

This is in addition to the first batch from Jack Ma and The Jack Ma Foundation back in March, which totaled 57,600 COVID-19 testing kits.

Pacquiao has been in and out of the headlines during these past few months of quarantine, from helping frontliners by donating 600,000 faces masks and lending five passenger buses, to being advised to undergo home quarantine back in late March after coming in contact with a COVID-19 positive colleague.

The eight-division boxing world champion - slash - incumbent Philippine senator has since said that he has tested negative for the dreaded COVID-19 disease
