A couple of weeks ago, Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao's second-born son Michael made the news thanks to his rapping prowess.
The 17-year old flexed his lyrical muscles on a track aptly-entitled "Pac-Man", alongside friend and fellow musician Michael Bars.
Since being uploaded on YouTube a month ago, the video has already gotten over 2.3 million views and over 108,000 likes.
The song, which features lines such as "When I’m in the ring they call me the King, I think I’m becoming like Pacquiao,
I’m thinking like Manny, we coming in handy, we giving you something to chat about," and "King of the jungle, 12 straight rounds and I’m ready to rumble," obviously pays respect to the sport's only eight-division world champion and the current reigning WBA (Super) Welterweight World Champion.
That's why the hard-hitting track would go perfectly with some even harder-hitting visuals right? Like, say, a Manny Pacquiao highlight reel?
Thursday morning, Manny Pacquiao posted exactly that: a personal highlight reel with "Pac-Man" as the accompanying music.
The video was also posted on the Team Pacquiao YouTube channel.
The 3:06-minute video features clips of Pacquiao in his bouts against Floyd Mayweather Jr., Timothy Bradley, Brandon Rios, Chris Algeiri, Antonio Margarito, Keith Thurman, and others, as well as a training montage.
If you needed something to hype you up today, this is it.
