L-R: Phil Younghusband, Misagh Bahadoran, and Mark Hartmann after their win against Bahrain
The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) announced on their official website that tickets for the Philippine Azkals’ FIFA World Cup/AFC Asian Cup qualifiers match against Uzbekistan will go sale on Friday, July 3, 2015.
The match, scheduled for Tuesday, September 8th at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan, will be the Azkals’ third World Cup qualifier match, and they will be looking to score their third straight win following their important victories over Bahrain and Yemen.
Widely regarded as one of the best Azkals squads ever assembled, the Pinoy booters are living up to the claim so far, as they currently share the top spot in Group H along with North Korea.
Misagh Bahadoran has been the Azkals spark as of late, leaving his mark with a goal in each of the national team’s two outings, while returning Azkals Javier Patino and newcomer Iain Ramsay have both found the back of the net as well.
The Azkals will be carrying the massive momentum of their two opening wins, while the Uzbeks will be coming into town looking to bounce back following a 4-2 loss against North Korea.
Kick-off time will be at 8pm, and the ticket prices are as follows:
Category 1: P531.80
Category 2: P331.40
Category 3: P125.40
